Membership Application Form
In order to process your application
please provide the following information.
We cannot process your application to the Guild until we receive a complete
membership information form, see a picture example of your miniature (under 12
inches) crochet/needle
felt/knit bear creations (link or picture should be sent to
ThreadArtistGuild@comcast.net
) and dues paid.
All new members
start out in the Novice or Apprentice category until the documentation to move to other
categories has been sent in. More information on progression will be sent upon
membership approval. Progression is purely the choice of the member and
not required in any way.
Your application
will remain in pending status until example picture and dues are received or 30
days, whichever comes first.
Membership dues are only $15 a year!
Pay Now or contact us via email (
ThreadArtistGuild@comcast.net ) to make other payment arrangements.
Your payment will renew automatically each year.
All information
will be kept strictly confidential.
