I want you to have a happy experience, so please read my Policies before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact me.

All of my creations are handcrafted in a pet-free, smoke-free environment, and no two are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.

I love custom orders and would be honored to create something special just for you! Please contact me and let me know your needs.

Payment

I only accept payment via PayPal, which processes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 7 days.

Shipping

Your order will not be shipped until I have received payment.

Orders will be shippped within 3 days of payment receipt unless it is a custom item. For custom orders, I will let you know the expected shipping date.

All orders are shipped via USPS to the purchaser's verified PayPal address. Bears (or other miniature animals) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and includes delivery confirmation. Shipments going to outside of the U.S. will be via International First Class Mail. Bears shipped outside the US will be sent in a padded envelope via International First Class Mail. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Insurance is available for an additional fee when agreed upon via email BEFORE purchase. I will NOT re-ship an item if insurance was not requested in advance or not paid!

I combine shipping for multiple items upon advance request. Shipping charged will be for the highest shipping cost with additional items included at no charge. Any shipping overcharge will be refunded. I will email you an adjusted invoice for payment

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final! Due to the nature of this business, I do not generally accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not happy with an item please contact me within 3 days so we can work together to resolve any issues.  If a refund is agreed upon there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted for any returned items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Contact between buyer and myself is expected within 3 days of purchase. If no contact is made or if payment is not received within 7 days I reserve the right to relist the item.

Please Note: Colors on screen may vary slightly based on your computer's individual display and monitor settings. However, please be assured that each creation is accurately represented to the best of my ability.
